Really love/hate these track workouts. Love because I can feel myself getting faster, but hate because I hate sprinting and intervals. Was still exhausted from Prep, but once I started I seemed to be fine. I did four, 400 meter sprints and when I finished I felt like I had a bunch left in me (although I did push my hardest) Ready for St. James.
