2 mile warm-up, 1 mile hard (5:44), 200m jog, 1 mile tempo (6:34), 200m jog, 1200m hard (4:17), 200m jog, 1 mile tempo (6:24), 200m jog, 800m hard (2:44), 200m jog, 1 mile tempo (6:28), 200m jog, 400m hard (75). Thank goodness we didn't have to do a final tempo mile, that would suck. 300m jog then 1 mile barefoot around field and 1 mile back to veale.
