Weather: cold and windy

Comments:
Run out to the field behind the dog park - 2X200 hard (40,42), 6X800 at interval pace (3:01, 02, 03, 03, 03, 02), 200 hard (35) - an exhausting workout but really consistent - need to improve downhills, was losing Jackie and Taylor on them - long run back to the high school
