Wilson workout

wow that workout was much harder than it sounded. we were using the wilson track, so a 400 was slightly more than a lap...weird. legs just felt heavy and tired (and shins really hurt). Got better as the workout went on, but frustrating that the turnover still isn't there. (I guess that's what this workout was working on haha). Worked really hard - at the end, i went to put my sweatpants back on and almost fell over when i stood on one leg because it was literally shaking from the exertion. yikes!
3 400s with 90 second recovery, then a 500 recovery, then 3 300s with a 90 second recovery, the a 400 recovery, then 3 200s with a 200 m recovery. target = go fast.
ran 84, 87, 86, 62, 64, 63, 41, 40, 41.
