interesting workout today, went to the track and did 2 800's (decently fast and with not a buncha rest in the middle), then 2 cass hills followed by a straige sprint around some fields that ended up being just over a 400, then 2 more hills and another sprint, and finally 1 more 800 (for me a bit slower unfortunately). muscles felt kinda weak again, like they did near the end of the 3x4 min workout earlier this week. not good. loosened up a little into it tho, but the last 800 made me feel almost like i was gonna hurl. coulda gone faster but at the same time couldnt. the hills and sprints added up to almost a mile so i just went for it, but no time for that. whatevs
