first 800: 2:36 first 300: :51; second 8 2:29, 3- :51; 8- 2:25; 3- :50; 8- 2:20, 3- :49; 8- 2:16, 3- :45. very nice the 800's felt controlled and not too taxing, hard to run 300's on pace was going for :49's. hip did well today. good run.
