Mile hard: 4:58, mile tempo: 5:38. 1200 hard: 3:57, mile tempo: 5:42. 800 hard: 2:38, mile tempo: 5:25. 400 hard: 68, mile tempo: 5:18.
I felt like I wasn't going to finish the workout everything before the 800, then I just felt a surge of energy from no where, and was able to push it a lot for the rest of the workout.
