forest hills workout

that was a pretty big hill. we drove over to forest hills park, where there was an approx 800m hill loop that we repeated 6 times. each repeat took a little less than 3 minutes- between 2:45 and 2:55. i would stay with the top group usually to the top of the hill, and then it seemed they accelerated from the crest more than me and i lost them. i went pretty slow down the steep downhill, but was able to pick it up significantly for the gradual downhill.
the workout felt good, but exhausting. did strength after. i didn't get in a good recovery or ice bath though and was really sore the next day.
