Comments:
First true long run in my training. I meant for this to be around 15-16 but I'll take the extra mile or 2. I was definitely more fatigued during this than I wanted to be. Miles 1-6 were pretty slow and I felt really rundown. I don't think I ate enough this morning. Miles 7-9 was the Pi Mile Run. I just took it nice and easy and the time ended up faster than I thought I would get. 19:07 I think. The last 8 or so felt up and down. I headed up hill for the first 4 miles so that made it tougher. Every once and a while I would recover and pick the pace up a bit.

Overall this was a good first long run.
