worst race ever.

went out easy for the first 2 (like I was told, 520's per mile) then pushed from 2-3
after 3 I completely fell apart. Arms were heavy, legs were sore/tired, breathing felt horrible.

definitely not in top seven anymore because of this race. horrible cross country season.
