we did 15 minute warmup
warmup drills and run outs..
Race... I'm not too high on this course, it will
never be conducive to run fast. Not much to
say about the race. I thought we looked
very sluggish, but I also expected it
after our weeks training. We will keep up
the hard work this week also..
