First day of crush week part 2. Felt really good today, although my first 3 intervals seemed a little tiring and boring, but the last three did give me a great challenge. Lamb ran with me for all but the last 2, in which he only ran the second lap. Legs are dead, but need to be ready for tomorrows 4 mile tempo. 35,30,34,34,25,22
