Comments:
to AU, 3x1600 with 400 slow jog recovery. target 7 mins. ran 6:55, 6:56, 6:54. pleased with the consistency in the splits too (ran with a watch and kept myself occupied by adding 26 to each 100 time to find the next one...)
nice to have elizabeth so close to me...always easier to do that kind of workout with a buddy.
shins hurt on warmup and jog home but didn't notice them during the workout. emailed veronica, so hopefully she'll be able to work some magic.
also ran 800 with molly at the end but it was pretty comfortable/light tempo ish for me so i didn't really include that in my workout (also forgot to time it). probably 3:20 ish
and i'm icing right now! :)
