my stomach was reeallly not feeling it today, plus i forgot my watch, so i think the whole workout was thrown off. during the first 30sec intervals, i felt fine, but once we got into the 3:30s, i kinda fell apart. it felt like i wasn't breathing correctly, and my legs were tired, and i would get almost lightheaded. not a great feeling. i pulled it together for the tempos, and felt fine. which was weird. i would've rather worked harder during the hard part of the workout and struggled to keep up at the end. i guess there are just bad workout days.
