felt so freaking good. no major pains, just on the first few laps had a bit of soreness on the inside of the ankle, stiffness in the achilles, but no pain. I WILL GO SLOWER for my next run cuz i have to be smart about this, but this run gave me a lot of confidence that i needed. mark my words: if i can do 2.5 miles like this after more than a month, i will break 20 in the 5k. straight up, yo
