Comments:
2mile warm up, 5x1 mile with 2 min rest, 7:13, 6:56, 6:48, 6:46, 6:44, 3 min rest, 2 mile, 13:50, 1 mile cool down. Felt pretty good, my first mile was a bit slow, but that always seem to be the case. Had to work to bring home the 2 miler in decent time.
