nice easy recovery run, modified (because of construction) hospital loop. felt ok, rly tired everything and ankles and knee still acting up a bit but not horrible. gotta work out some kinds in the muscles tho. team yoga after, mighta helped, mighta not. but it was very relaxing. guessed mileage.
