Comments:
ran up to Plantations via Gun Hill and Beebe Lake - 6X600 on a hilly loop to get uphill work and practice downhills (all semi-slow and varying but between 2:32-8) - really tired, felt really hard, a few good downhills but still need to work on them - hips really tight - cooldown back to the high school
