Comments:
didn't know how running 10 the day a race would work out too it super easy, but i guess now i know: not that well. I'm sure it didn't have that much of an effect on the race, but probably didn't help either. luckily next week i'll be back to my normal routine with a true easy day the friday before the race. already ready for redemption-again.
