felt good, I'm glad that I don't have any of those achilles thing that i thought i did. coach said today it will loosen up it and it did. 15 min on the grass, 4 x 100m striders with 100m recovery
4 x 50m with 50m recovery "cone striders" last one sprinter for about 2 seconds really fast felt great. 10 min cool down.
