Just before dusk, did 1 1/8 warm-up, light stretch and got right into 12 400s w/ 400 recovery. Aimed for 75 range, started off like a rocket in 68.9. First six were mostly downhill (except #2), last six mostly uphill. All light grades. 69-77-70-69-73-72-71-71-76-81-78-74.
