Weather: Cold and Windy

Comments:
Starting to get cold, wind was pretty brisk. Legs were very tight. Back and hips started to cramp up toward end of run. Ended up shaving a few more seconds of my time without trying. I was trying to take it easy. Besides soreness, the run was at a comfortable pace.
