Weather: humid but niceish

Comments:
workout=awesome. it was a short one today, at the track. 800, 400, 200, 200, 400 done. with flats and all. times and stuff is logged so thats sweet. also 3 sets of push ups sit ups leg lifts before the workout, which was an interesting switch. get pumped for saturday! knee being annoying and now top calf/back of right knee is tight. hopefully goes away soon. warmup and cooldown rounded to make mileage even
