Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran on the treadmill 1.6 miles at 10min miles. Actually increased to 9.45 minute miles for 1/2 of a mile and then lowered back to 10min miles for last part. Goal is to get to where I can run 8 miles at 10min miles before end of the year. Then a 1/2 marathon should be no problem.
