Weather: on the warm side--mid to upper 70s

Comments:
warmed-up three miles--felt okay beforehand; a little tired, not 100% i don't think. ran 8k in 27:05 and ran better than I thought I would, with all the hills and warm weather. Started pretty far back and relaxed on the up-hills, concentrating on pushing over the crest. Passed a lot of people in the second half. Cooled-down for about three miles.
