Weather: windy, freezing!

2.5 miles? I guessed..okay well I used what jessica guessed haha.
Okay so.
This wasnt my best running expiernce ever.
(Im pretty sure my time was 28:38)
I just..couldnt get it together.
I was in pain and I just..wasnt there.
I was trying so hard not to cry at the end, i was so disapointed..All i could think was that I suck and Im a horrible runner..I know thats negative but i just couldnt help it.
I kept stopping and I knew that I didnt want to stop but I just..I dont even know.
I got kinda lost and I was just really frustrated with myself.
And when I finally got done..I just broke down.
I was like bawling for like 10 minutes..I was just so disapointed in myself.
I really need to try to think more positive.

On the other hand, my team was awesome:]
I got fast people though=/

ANd I just want to say thank you to all the coaches.
Rusty-Thanks for taking the best interest in me, I really don't want to ride the bike next week, but if it helpes my meet, then I wont run until the meet. Your are a great coach.
Brown Rice (brice)-you really help me! ALways cheering me on, I know you do it for everyone but it really does help me. both you and rusty really help me with that and liz to. but you seem to make me laugh alot! haha thanks brice!
Rustys Wife-Thank you so much for helping me after the race, i was so disapointed and you helped me feel better. That hug really helped!
