Weather: 40s and clear
Comments:
Got my 40+ week. Wanted to push things this morning. Didn't feel too comfortable till about mile 4 with sore/stiff lower legs. From there felt great through about 9. Afte a second gel at 9 I got a boost that carried me through the end. Really had to keep focused mentally as the last miles were hard running. Gel at 40 and 1:20. 40oz water.
