Weather: it's gettin cold - tights weather!

felt meh, definitely not in great aerobic shape. glad to have the ability to maintain a decent pace, even if it feels kinda crappy. the motions and pacing seems natural but i'm definitely not where i used to be, breathing kinda hard. i guess that's expected though. this was definitely a long run pace, but the funny thing is this was pretty much my race pace last xc season, sans iron.
i've done it before and i can do it again :)
oh and no pain, just stiff
