Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with 4 others - using the Ultra-Run walk pattern. Small Ace abd pressure strap, camelback, many Aleve, gel pacs, sugar, and the German B12. Used the sugar water solution after 13 miles to prevent lactic acid creation. Maintained the exact times for walk and run thanks to the other runners who were first and second time marathoners. Iron Mike Heidenreich pust it through on little training. Foot burn but no knee probs.
