Comments:
I liked the course, there were a couple of hills but what ever hill you went up you turned around and went back down. it was intertaining running with the guys on warm up and cooldown. No stress. misssed my girls tho. Got 8th still think i could have done better. Ended up doin 3 mile cooldown, not so happy about that,. the guys were very supportive and nice at the meet. Over all good race. I love coach rowe
