Comments:
700 jog, 100 walk. up to 3200m. felt pretty good, tried to maintain control and pace myself so that i wouldn't start going crazy and sprinting cuz i really really want to. ankle felt fine for the most part, i wore long pants, not letting the cold air get the best of my achilles. last workout where i have to partially walk :)
