run 300, walk 100. times 8. kinda stupidly took it as a workout. but not entirely. just felt good on the running parts so i might have gotten into it and tried to use my arms and go quick and maybe this was kinda bad cuz i am pretty sore now but it made me happy so HA. run on sentences ftw
