Comments:
We did Red Line Session #4 today... 2 miles full out... 15 minute recovery... 1 mile all out...
very solid effort for the team as a whole. 7 athletes under 13:00 for the first 2 miles and 4 under 19:00 for the 3 miles..and 1:33 split for 1-7 runners...everyones last mile was around 15 seconds within the first mile they ran, very positive workout
2 mile warmup with pick ups... cooldown back to school with 15 minute ice baths..
