Comments:
MLK 3 mile tempo at 5:35, felt really hard for some reason, could barely keep up. Legs still felt heavy from monday's workout. Then a 5 flat mile on the track. Then 4 by 400 starting at 75, each one progressively faster, last one was a 66. Felt pretty bad today
