6x800 w/ 3min rest on the course (mile 4-4.5): 2:32, 2:31, 2:30, 2:28, 2:32, 2:31. felt pretty poor the whole time. what ya gonna do? then 4x hill accelerations with mark. up the hill to the dirt road then over to the bench. a tough workout coming off 4weeks on the track. legs felt like jello every time i hit a rut or bump
