1.0 grade, started at 6.5mph (about 9:30ish), increased .1mph (6 sec/mi) every minute or two until running about 7:15 pace by the end.

right shin tight/pressure pretty much the whole time, wore old nikes. no real pain, just pressure below the hotspot on down, feels like inflamed scar tissue again
