projects run! fun stuff, just kinda weaved and im not sure i GMAPA'ed it right but thats ok. 6 45 second pick ups within the run, which got pretty fast by the end, and made me a bit more tired than i would have liked but thats ok. not a bad day. gettin ready for the "effort" day tomorrow. guessed time cause still dont have a watch. balls lotta push ups and ab stuff, of all different sorts, nrealy hurt my hipflexers by the end of it but im ok after all. felt like a beast a while after, lol.
