Comments:
went for a run after class by myself. my hip was feeling funny, like it was on saturday, almost as if it was popping. i got about half a mile in and though about turning back, but then decided to finish off the run anyway. the pain went away about 2 miles in, and i had a pretty decent run from there. i ran up north park to the lee loop. my hip only bothered me a bit coming down the hill on north park. when i got back, i did some good stretching, then though it'd be a good idea to do hurdle drills. my hip felt ok through these, and i thought i was helping it to be more flexible. i went to go see the trainer after i did abs, and she told me it was something to do with the pyriformis and that i should cross-train for a few days and see how it feels.
