under suggestion of the trainer, i biked today. i didn't really know how to to a bike workout, so brandon and i went to the stationary bikes together. i did the "cardio" settting for the first 30min, but it took about 10 to get to target heart rate(162), and then at 20min, the pedal strap broke. i dealt with it for the next 10 min, even though it kinda sacrificed the workout, then i biked easy for 30min. i should've worn longer shorts. it felt like a good workout when i was doing the cardio, but less than an hour later, i felt as if i hadn't done anything. i've never gotten as much out of cross-training as a real workout.
