YCP... 2K warmup...
200 meter cruise intervals today using the inter loop. we kept a controlled pace today staying around 45 seconds per 200... we did a 40 second one in each segment also.
4 segments of 200 meters with 45 second standing recoveries in between each..
Everybody is ready to go for REGIONALS... 3 days and counting.
