Comments:
Wet track and kinda cold outside, but with a short workout it wasnt too bad. 2 mile warmup, stretched then 4x200 with 100 jog in between. i felt really good and my legs seem to be responding. hopefully i feel the same tomorrow. Ice bath afterwords was cold
