Did a 1.5 warmup and cooldown.
Red Line, we did 2 miles, 15 min. rest, 1 mile, 3 min. rest, and another mile. I thought the 2 mile was the hardest.

Didnt run very good at all today. Ankle was the sorest its ever been and breathing was really heavy. Times were pretty consistent so I guess that is alright but I dont know what the deal was. Good workout though.
