really would have preffered a run but thats ok... gonna be sore tommorow.

Did the bike for 10 minutes ish.

Then 3 sets of:

Going as hard as I can on the bike for one songs length (4:30ish)

Crunch Progression/other core stuff

Arm Weights ie Bicep curls, tricep lifts, and peck pushouts machine things. Sets of 12. each twice.
