Comments:
I broke five minutes, which was cool, and had a nice PR as well. my splits were 1:14, 1:15, 1:16, 1:07, due to the fact that I told the guys (who opted to take turns rabbiting me) that I was going for 4:59, before I realized I had a lot left in the tank at 1200m. I'd say, give it a few weeks until Indoor, put me in a race where I am pacing myself, and I will easily break 4:50. Can't wait for Indoor now...
