nice wheurs loop and a circut of the sprint relay things, felt ok, not so hot on the sprints tho. really gotta stretch out and make sure everything's loose and ready to kick ass on sunday. its gettin close and im gettin nervous but i know i can do it, so lets go do it! time guessed cause still no watch... =/
