my roommate is an ex-swimmer, and he's trying to get back in shape, so he said he'd do a swim workout with me. we started off with 200m swim, 200m kick, 200m pull. then 2x [3x75 (drill, kick swim)],
then 200 hard, 100 kick, 50 easy
150 hard, 100 kick, 50 easy
100 hard, 100 kick, 50 easy
and 100m cooldown
it was good. not the same as a running workout, but i felt tired kinda. i stretched out real well in the training room.
