Comments:
ran for the first time since tuesday. i was still feeling my hip a bit, but not nearly as much as tuesday, and more of a dull pain. i ran the lee loop with big joe and corey. it felt good actually. i need to be doing workouts though. maybe if i can incorporate the next weeks' lower intensity workouts and a little higher mileage, then i'll be ready for the half.
