calf kinda bad, also my vagina hurt, also, the word 'also' is making a comeback

531 530 530 245(dropped after 800) 549(yelling at Tim to drown out my own pain) 320(dropped after 1000) then did another 800 with steel and then another two laps for his next repeat. light jogging, no 200s because of my calf

felt ok aside from the calf, probably should have just forgot about it and carried out the workout.
