Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Tripped 1.5 miles in ... stepped on the sidewalk right where it meets the grass and there happened to be a hole there of course... major roll of my right ankle, felt a "pop" I walked it out for 5 minutes and decided to run on it.. I ended up finishing 10 miles but immediately following my shower it continued to swell all day and throb...ooops. I propped it up on a chair while I studied in the library but it needs some ice time. Don't know when I'm going to get to run again :(
