Comments:
2wu/1cd. 6x1600m, 4/200m.
First 3 1600s felt good but after that got really hard. The good thing is I didn't just give up and my last 3 were just as fast and faster than the first 3. I guess they just felt harder b/c I was more tired and running faster. I am pleased b/c I am 5 seconds per mile faster than I thought.
